Why This Trail?
The Percurso dos Sete Vales Suspensos (Seven Hanging Valleys Trail) follows the clifftops between Vale Centeanes and Praia da Marinha, offering breathtaking views of the Algarve's most dramatic coastline.
You'll pass above the world-famous Benagil Cave, looking down through the "eye" that makes it so iconic. The trail ends at Praia da Marinha, consistently ranked among the world's most beautiful beaches.
Most hikers walk one way and arrange a pickup at Praia da Marinha. We offer transfer services to the trailhead and from the endpoint.

End: Praia da Marinha
Finish at one of the world's most beautiful beaches. Swim, relax, then get picked up.
