Are your drivers licensed and insured?
Yes. All our drivers hold valid Portuguese professional taxi/transfer licenses (RNAVT). Every vehicle is fully insured, regularly inspected, and equipped with child seats on request.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor your flight in real-time. If your flight is delayed, your driver adjusts their arrival time automatically. There is no extra charge for flight delays.
How do I recognize my driver at the airport?
Your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. They will contact you via WhatsApp if needed. Meet-and-greet is included in every booking.
